Printing
Two KBA Rapida 105 presses form the mainstay of our lithographic operation.
The KBAs¹ fully computerized and networked control allows ink profiles and additional mechanical settings for each job to be stored electronically, allowing for speedy and accurate reconfiguration of the press from one job to another.
Foil-stamping & Embossing/De-bossing
If you would like to add elegant appeal to your packaging, consider foil stamping. Make it even more exquisite by adding relief to the image by adding embossing and de-bossing.
Die-cutting
Each one of our fully automated platen die-cutters can process jobs up to a speed of 8,000 sheets per hour. Cuts and creases are laid down with both speed and precision.
Fold-Gluing
With three sophisticated folder-gluers, final fishing can be performed on cartons and sleeves of various styles and sizes.
Screen UV Coating
Screening coater allows for precise lay down of various UV coatings. Gloss, dull, texture and emboss coatings are available for your selection.
